Spring Mountain Corridor Redevelopment Plan
Clark County and its Office of Economic Development have launched the Spring Mountain Corridor Redevelopment Plan to create a foundation and a vision for the 3-mile long newly proposed redevelopment area that is generally bounded by I-15 to the east, Rainbow Rd. to the west, Desert Inn Road to the north and Twain Avenue to the south.
Centered on placemaking and placekeeping, this plan is dedicated to creating a thriving, culturally authentic, and dynamic community for residents and small businesses and position the Spring Mountain Corridor as a must-visit destination for tourists and locals alike, with a focus on unique dining experiences, cultural attractions, and vibrant street life.
