Southern Nevada Strong

Created in 2015, the Southern Nevada Strong Regional Plan serves as a vision and blueprint that identifies strategies and priorities to create sustainable communities that promote a higher quality of life for all Southern Nevada residents.

The region’s top priorities serve to organize goals and strategies within the plan into four main themes: Improving economic competitiveness and education, investing in complete communities, increasing transportation choice, and building capacity for implementation.

Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada serves as the core administrator of the Southern Nevada Strong initiative, in collaboration with 13 regional partners. The AAPI Chamber Foundation is part of the Southern Nevada Strong Outreach Working Group, assisting RTC in community outreach and translation service.
