Jen Bambao
Chief Operating Officer
​Jen Bambao has dedicated over 20 years to youth and community development, women empowerment, and arts and culture collaboration. She has experience in the non-profit sector, entrepreneurship, and corporate philanthropy. Originally from Sacramento, California, she was the owner and founder of Capitol Roots Studio and Productions, a company that developed, cultivated, and empowered the Sacramento hip hop community by providing a safe, inspiring, and creative space and platform for artistic development and collaboration for youth and aspiring artists, while impacting the community.
In 2012, her and her family uprooted to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she took full focus on raising her three young children, then as they grew, tapped into developing her profession and passion for community development by working in the corporate and non-profit sector with both United Way of Southern Nevada and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada as Director of Development. Collectively, she raised more than $3.7 million during her time with both organizations. She is currently venturing into real estate and financial planning with a mission to empower and support women, minorities and youth, to best equip them for a life of purpose and confidence.
